No Questions Asked Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you change your mind, don’t like the product, or wish to return it, we accept returns — no questions asked (terms and conditions apply).

Our policy is inspired by the teachings of Prophet Muhammad (SAW) — promoting fairness, honesty, and genuine satisfaction in all our transactions.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will replace it or refund your payment without any hassle.
Please make your claim within 24–48 hours of receiving your order and provide supporting photo or video evidence.

If the product is not damaged and is accurate as ordered, a 25% deduction will be applied on the total product amount during refund or return processing.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24–48 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 3–5 working days for your order to be delivered.
