- With Milk: Mix 4–5 tbsp (30–40g) oats blend + 1 cup (200–250 ml) hot/cold milk, stir & enjoy.
- With Yogurt: Combine 4–5 tbsp blend with ½ cup (100–150g) curd/yogurt for a thick, filling bowl.
